New 23 Timberline… What do you think?

My wife named him Diego after the character from Dora the Explorer.

Clever girl.

It’s a 2023 with 10k miles, priced at $38k. It has a panoramic sunroof and a bench seat. I also added auxiliary lights.

@Micah
I test drove the black one but it feels too much like an Interceptor for me. Just couldn’t do it haha.

:joy: Well, I’ve been a cop for 27 years so it felt natural for me. It was like my subconscious just took over when I was picking a vehicle. LOL

I saw one yesterday and it almost ran me over. The lady was in such a hurry!

Great choice! Congrats on the new ride!

Welcome to the club! I love my 22 in star white.

That’s the best color!

I really like the look… it’s super cool!

Very nice! I wanted a Timberline too but my dealer only had a bunch of XLTs and a Limited, so I ended up with the Limited.

Very nice… Congrats on your purchase!

Gorgeous vehicle!

Nice! The first photo is loading for me, but what color is it? It looks like my 2020 Platinum Silver Spruce. If they had the Timberline back then, I definitely would have picked it over the Platinum. We do a lot of camping.

@Ash
It’s Carbonized Gray. My color preference from the five options: forest green > silver > carbonized gray > white > black. I think this color won’t show dirt as easily as some of the others, which is a plus.

@Elliott
Yeah, forest green was my favorite too. It really looks ‘outdoorsy.’

I should mention the gas mileage… I got 1500 highway miles on flat ground in light winds, averaging 25 mpg. Around town, I get about 22 mpg. That’s way better than the 18 I’ve read about from test drives. But I tend to drive slow and easy.

Thanks! I often go to wildlife refuges for nature photography. I was just coming back from the shore, shooting some birds, and thought it looked nice from that angle. Enjoy your new ride!

This is one of the best-looking vehicles they’ve ever made!
