Thoughts on the 2015 XLT? What do you like or dislike about it? Any common issues?

Should I replace the water pump preemptively before any problems start? And how often should I flush the coolant?

You should flush the coolant every 30,000 miles. If you want to push your car to 200,000 miles, it wouldn’t hurt to replace the water pump early.

@Tyler
I plan to keep it for a long time. I love the style, the engine is strong, and the family enjoys the space. So, is replacing the water pump the main thing I need to focus on?

I have a 2015 with 140,000 miles, and I’ve never replaced the water pump.

Same here. Mine is at 125K and still running great. No issues so far. I just want to make sure it lasts past 200K, so I’m trying to stay ahead of any possible problems.
