Quick update on the build. Just finished getting the orange high-visibility wrap, battenberg reflectors, and search and rescue decals done on the Expedition. It’s now heading to the shop for sidesteps and a bullbar fitting. Here’s a shot of it next to its fully built twin that went through its first proper mountain testing this weekend.

They’re above average, I’ve measured. 
Finally, someone who actually puts proper tires on instead of just painting the rims.

Engine, transmission, and transfer case are all stock. The locking mechanism on the transfer case might be a weak spot, but we’ll have to see how it holds up under heavy load.
Are those orange tires studded, or are they just packed with rocks?
